From thermoplastic or anti-skid that has been refreshed several times right through to a thin faded spray line, our fully qualified team can provide the safest method of removal in busy areas using scarification, a hydro-blasting system or thermal lance while ensuring the finest end results

Small areas of thermoplastic road markings can be removed using a thermic lance, whilst large areas / lengths of road that need to have thermoplastic road markings or anti skid materials removed are usually treated with either a high pressure water treatment, sand blasting or a scarification (planing) process known as 'scabbling'.
The removal of temporary road studs prior to opening work areas up to live traffic is done using the scabbling process.
